B\u00f6lgenin ye\u015fil enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcne katk\u0131da bulunmak amac\u0131yla hayata ge\u00e7irilen proje ile elde edilen hidrojenin sanayi tesislerinde yak\u0131t ve elektrik \u00fcretiminde kullan\u0131labilece\u011fini belirten \u00c7orlu M\u00fchendislik Fak\u00fcltesi Dekan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Lokman Hakan Tecer, \u201cHidrojen \u00fcretimiyle, fabrikan\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu enerjiyi ye\u015fil enerjiyle kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor ve destekliyoruz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/image.dha.com.tr\/i\/dha\/75\/522x737\/665d7045772bf8fed1641c58.jpg\" alt=\"Tekirda\u011fda fabrikalar\u0131n zehirli karbonmonoksit gaz\u0131 atmosfere kar\u0131\u015fmadan hidrojene d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>'K\u00d6M\u00dcR KULLANIMI HAVA K\u0130RL\u0130L\u0130\u011e\u0130NE NEDEN OLUYORDU'<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7orlu M\u00fchendislik Fak\u00fcltesi Dekan\u0131 Prof. Dr. Lokman Hakan Tecer, proje ile fabrika bacalar\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kan zehirli gaz\u0131n atmosfere kar\u0131\u015fmadan \u00f6nce hidrojene d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclece\u011fini ve yak\u0131t ile elektrik \u00fcretiminde kullan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. \u00dcniversite-sanayi i\u015f birli\u011fiyle y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen projenin \u00f6nemine de\u011finen Tecer, \u201c\u00d6zellikle k\u00f6m\u00fcr yak\u0131tl\u0131 tesislerin bacalar\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kan karbonmonoksit kirleticilerinden yak\u0131t olarak kullan\u0131labilecek hidrojeni, geli\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz teknolojiyle elde ediyoruz. Son zamanlarda, \u00f6zellikle do\u011falgaz fiyatlar\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f nedeniyle b\u00f6lgemizde faaliyet g\u00f6steren sanayi tesislerinde rekabet zorla\u015f\u0131yor ve alternatif olarak k\u00f6m\u00fcr kullan\u0131m\u0131 b\u00f6lgede yo\u011fun hava kirlili\u011fine neden oluyor. Bu b\u00f6lgedeki bu soruna \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulmak i\u00e7in y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar sonucunda, bir teknoloji \u015firketi ve yerel bir \u00fcretim \u015firketiyle \u00fcniversitemiz olarak bir konsorsiyum ve protokol imzalad\u0131k. Bu proje i\u00e7in sistem denetimi ve dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k hizmeti veriyoruz. Bu nedenle, bug\u00fcn bu projeyle, do\u011falgaz kullan\u0131m\u0131 ve b\u00f6lgedeki hava kirlili\u011finden kaynaklanan sorunlara teknolojik bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm aray\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131za ba\u015fl\u0131yoruz.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/image.dha.com.tr\/i\/dha\/75\/770x0\/665d7035772bf8fed1641c52.jpg\" alt=\"Tekirda\u011fda fabrikalar\u0131n zehirli karbonmonoksit gaz\u0131 atmosfere kar\u0131\u015fmadan hidrojene d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2018KARBON MONOKS\u0130T GAZINI YE\u015e\u0130L ENERJ\u0130YE D\u00d6N\u00dc\u015eT\u00dcR\u00dcYORUZ\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Proje kapsam\u0131nda bacadan \u00e7\u0131kan karbonmonoksit gaz\u0131n\u0131 yak\u0131t olarak kullan\u0131labilecek hidrojen gaz\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrd\u00fcklerini belirten Tecer, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: \u201c\u00d6zel olarak geli\u015ftirilmi\u015f kataliz\u00f6rlerle y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda bu karbonmonoksit gaz\u0131na su p\u00fcsk\u00fcrtt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fczde, karbondioksite d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor ve ayr\u0131ca hidrojen gaz\u0131 da elde edilip sal\u0131n\u0131yor. Buradaki yenilik, bu hidrojen gaz\u0131n\u0131n yak\u0131t olarak kullan\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in safl\u0131k seviyesine ula\u015fmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fidir. Bunu, bu teknoloji \u015firketi taraf\u0131ndan geli\u015ftirilen hidrojen filtre membranlar\u0131 ile sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz. Sistemi uzun zamand\u0131r takip ediyorduk ve bu b\u00f6lgenin ye\u015fil enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcne katk\u0131da bulunmak, hava kirlili\u011fini azaltmak ve yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki rekabet ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 iyile\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fck ve bunu hayata ge\u00e7irdik. Bug\u00fcn itibariyle bu b\u00f6lgedeki projelerimize bu anlamda ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131z.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2018ZEH\u0130RL\u0130 HAVA K\u0130RLET\u0130C\u0130LER\u0130N\u0130N ATMOSFERE YAYILMASINI \u00d6NLEMEK \u0130\u00c7\u0130N \u00d6NLEM ALIYORUZ\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prof. Dr. Tecer, projenin sanayiciler ve b\u00f6lge i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu belirterek \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: \u201c\u00d6zellikle bu b\u00f6lgede, tekstil \u015firketlerinin ve k\u00f6m\u00fcrle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan tekstil \u015firketlerinin bacalar\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kan karbonmonoksit konsantrasyonlar\u0131 ortalama 50-150 mg\/metrek\u00fcp seviyesindedir. Bildi\u011finiz gibi, karbonmonoksit \u00f6nemli bir hava kirleticidir ve zehirleyici etkisi vard\u0131r. Bu sistemle karbon monoksiti karbondioksit ve suya ekledi\u011fimizde, hidrojene d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz ve bu anlamda zehirli bir hava kirleticinin bacadan atmosfere sal\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nl\u00fcyoruz. Ayr\u0131ca, hidrojen \u00fcreterek, fabrikan\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu enerjiyi ye\u015fil enerji, hidrojen enerjisi ile kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor ve destekliyoruz. Bu sistemin maliyeti, \u00f6zellikle do\u011fal gaz ve k\u00f6m\u00fcr gibi geleneksel yak\u0131t sistemlerine g\u00f6re 1\/3 daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr.
